   2. License: Subject to these Terms, ChatPress.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

3. Refund Policy

   1. Training and Data Processing Costs: ChatPress.ai incurs significant costs for training chatbots and processing data associated with your custom chatbot creation. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for the use of the Service.
   2. No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to provide accurate and efficient chatbot training, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of the Service. The performance of chatbots created through the Service may vary based on numerous factors, including the quality and quantity of your website content.

4. Limitation of Liability

   1. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose
   2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall ChatPress.ai or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the Service shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for the Service during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

5. Termination

   1. Termination by You: You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
   2. Termination by ChatPress.ai: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and these Terms at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

6. General Provisions

   1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
   2. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ChatPress.ai regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
   3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
   4. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
