- Website Content : ChatPress reads your website content using WordPress APIs. We only access the public pages and posts from WordPress, and we do not collect any private or unpublished content. This content is processed using the OpenAI embedding API to create vector embeddings, which are stored in a Postgres database hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EU region.
- Usage Data : We may collect non-personal information about how you interact with our Services, such as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and the date/time of your visits. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the Services, and gather demographic information for aggregate use.
